"Got the wrong parts, unfortunately"
I ordered what I needed, but, when the package showed up, two of the items were wrong. I ended up having to place another order, which was frustrating, since I was hoping to get everything done the first time.

"Good selection, but the out-of-stock items were frustrating"
Build.com does have a solid selection, and I was able to find most of what I needed without too much trouble. That said, a few of the items I wanted were either out of stock or had really long wait times, which kind of threw off my plans. Overall it wasn’t a terrible experience, just a bit hit or miss. I do feel like some kind of discount or credit would be fair considering the delays and inconvenience.
"Using the website was such a hassle"
I tried shopping on build.com, but it was frustrating. Why is it so hard to find something simple? The filters kept resetting, pages were loading slowly, and somehow the stuff in my cart changed on its own. Who has time to deal with that? I eventually gave up and bought what I needed somewhere else.

"I needed help with the install and was..."
I needed help with the install and was told support would call me back, but nobody ever did. Super frustrating to just be left hanging when all I wanted was some basic help getting it set up.
"Return was sorta fine, refund took a while"
The return itself went through okay, but the refund was sorta slower than I expected. It all worked out in the end, just took a bit more patience than I was hoping for.

"Took forever to get sorted"
My faucet showed up damaged, which was already frustrating. Customer support did get back to me, so that part was fine, but man, it took way too many back-and-forth emails just to get a replacement approved. It did finally get handled in the end, but yeah, not exactly a great experience

"Showed up on time, but the box had me worried"
My order did arrive on time, so I’ll give them that. But when I saw how beat up the box was, I got nervous for a minute and wondered if I’d been fooled or sent something damaged. Luckily, the item inside was totally fine. Overall, not a bad experience, but I really wish they had packed it a little more securely.
"Way too pricey for the same stuff"
I checked out the fixtures here the prices felt like they were wearing a little “luxury tax” cape for no reason. Found the same ones cheaper elsewhere, so this place was giving major “overpriced showroom” vibes. Not really worth it for me.

"Pretty disappointed for the price"
I ordered a bathroom faucet from build.com, maybe I should’ve looked into it more before buying, but it felt cheap as soon as I took it out of the box. The finish already had a few small scratches, and after I installed it, the handle felt loose. I know I’m not exactly a plumbing expert or anything, but for what I paid, I expected it to feel a lot sturdier. I don’t think I’d buy hardware from here again.

"Fast shipping, but the communication could’ve been clearer"
I ordered a bathroom faucet from build.com and, to be fair, it got here faster than I expected — about 3 days. The tracking did update along the way, which was helpful, but some of the shipping info felt a little vague at first and I wasn’t totally sure when it was actually going out. That part was kind of annoying and could’ve been clearer.
The box showed up with one corner banged up, but luckily the faucet itself was fine. Overall, no major issues and I’d probably order from them again, but I’m giving 4 stars since the packaging wasn’t great and the communication left me guessing more than it should have.

"Customer service wasn’t exactly quick"
I reached out expecting a simple reply, but it took a few days before I heard anything back. Not ideal when you’re waiting on help.
